Our Commitment

At MyRandomBox, every box is hand-curated just for you. Because each box is personalized and fulfilled specifically for your profile, we are unable to accept returns of opened boxes. However, we stand behind every item we ship and will always make it right if something goes wrong.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no charge. To request a replacement:

  • Email us at contact@myrandombox.com within 14 days of your delivery date.
  • Include your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • We'll ship a replacement within 3–5 business days at no cost to you.

Missing Items

If your box arrives and an item is missing, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We'll investigate and either ship the missing item or issue store credit.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Your subscription renews on the same day of the month as when you originally subscribed. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged for the next cycle, and no partial refunds are issued for the current period.

Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time before the next renewal date. If a box has already entered the fulfillment process for your current billing cycle, that box will still ship and no refund will be issued for that shipment. Cancellations requested after fulfillment begins take effect for the following billing cycle.

One-Time Purchase Returns

Unopened one-time purchase items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Items must be in original, undamaged packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Timeline

Once a refund or store credit is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. Store credit is issued immediately to your account. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear depending on your card issuer.

  • Items marked as final sale
