Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using myrandombox.com and purchasing a MyRandomBox subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

The Service

MyRandomBox offers personalized monthly mystery box subscriptions containing officially licensed pop culture apparel, accessories, and collectibles. Box contents are curated based on your quiz responses and are subject to availability.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions automatically renew on the same day of the month as when you originally subscribed.
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at each renewal date.
  • You may cancel at any time through your account portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Subscription prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date. If your box has already entered the fulfillment process for the current billing cycle, that shipment will still be sent and cannot be refunded. Cancellations after fulfillment begins take effect for the following billing cycle.

Box Contents

MyRandomBox curates boxes based on your preferences, but we cannot guarantee specific items or brands. Items may include but are not limited to: apparel, accessories, collectibles, pins, and home goods. The retail value of each box will always equal or exceed the subscription price paid.

We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if a specific item becomes unavailable.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and subscribe.

Payment

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Intellectual Property

All content on myrandombox.com — including logos, text, graphics, and images — is the property of MyRandomBox or its licensors and may not be used without written permission. All product names and franchises referenced are the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyRandomBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
