Shipping Rates
All MyRandomBox subscriptions include free shipping. Priority shipping is included automatically on Duo and Family boxes, and available as an upgrade on Solo boxes.

Shipping Schedule
MyRandomBox ships all subscription boxes once per month. Your box is fulfilled and shipped around your personal renewal date — the same day of the month as when you originally subscribed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your box is on its way.
Processing Time
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing and fulfillment after your renewal date before your box ships. If you subscribe for the first time and your order falls after the current fulfillment window, your first box will ship on your next renewal date.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and box size. The carrier is selected to give you the best delivery estimate for your area.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days after shipment
- Priority shipping: 2–4 business days after shipment
We Ship Within the United States Only
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand to new regions.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your box ships. You can also view your order status by logging into your account at My Subscription.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbors and your building's mail area.
- Wait 2 business days — packages are sometimes marked delivered early.
- If still missing after 2 days, email us at contact@myrandombox.com with your order number.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please verify your address before confirming your order.
Address Changes
To update your shipping address before your next box ships, log into your account at My Subscription or contact us at contact@myrandombox.com. Address changes must be submitted before your box enters the fulfillment process.
Damaged in Transit
If your box or its contents arrive damaged due to shipping, email us at contact@myrandombox.com within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right.
