Cancellation policy
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your MyRandomBox subscription at any time through your account portal at My Subscription. There are no cancellation fees.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
Your subscription renews automatically on the same day of the month as when you originally subscribed. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive any box that has already been fulfilled or shipped for the current cycle, and you will not be charged for the next renewal.
Cancellation After Fulfillment Has Begun
If your box has already entered the fulfillment process when you request cancellation, that box will still ship and cannot be refunded. Your cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.
Pausing Your Subscription
If you need a break, you can pause your subscription instead of cancelling. Pausing suspends billing and fulfillment until you choose to resume. To pause, visit My Subscription and select "Pause Subscription."
How to Cancel
- Log in to your account and go to My Subscription
- Select "Cancel Subscription" and confirm
- You'll receive a confirmation email when your cancellation is processed

Resubscribing
You're always welcome back. If you cancel and decide to resubscribe, you can take the quiz again at myrandombox.com/pages/quiz to start a new subscription at any time.
